Handmade jewelry from the heart of the West
Most items are shipped via USPS first-class mail. I carefully pack everything to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. All packages are insured; items ship from the Denver Metro area. I occasionally reuse clean bubble wrap and shipping boxes but all other packaging and packing materials are new and as sustainable as possible.
All items come on jewelry cards and are boxed in a black kraft paper-covered jewelry box, tied with a turquoise ribbon. If you would like a gift card included, please add it to your order notes on the checkout page.
Please leave a note in the order section on the size or color you’d like.
Most of the time I’m able to complete made-to-order items within five days. If I expect it to take longer than this, I will let you know right away.
I am happy to work with individuals on custom orders on a limited basis. If you have an idea you’d like to see come to life, get in touch! I’d love to talk to you about it!
I use a variety of jewelry-grade metals, including:
Argentium® is a silver alloy that contains germanium. It has a slightly higher silver content and doesn’t tarnish nearly as easily as traditional sterling.
Most of the stones I use are cut by lapidary artists throughout the US — in particular the turquoise I use. I also have stones custom cut by a select few artisans in other countries. I choose each stone I use — no sight-unseen lots here! To learn more about the individual stone types that I use frequently, please check out my Turquoise and Stones page.
No, all of the deerskin lacing I use is from deer grown and processed in the US. The regulations for leather processing in some countries are very loose or non-existent, meaning they can use whatever chemicals and tanning practices they want, without regards for the environment or the health of the wearer.
